If I'm not mistaken what was reported on the radio there were more homicide deaths in July then COVID deaths in July.

I may be wrong but that's the way I heard it on the radio.

Going by cases vs deaths in Memphis (and TN is an emerging hotspot), if you catch the virus, overall there's a 1% chance you'll die from it. Your chances obviously go up depending on your age, current state of health, or even underlying conditions you don't know you have. Like with not wearing a condom with a provider, it's your chance to take, but also like an STD, you risk passing it on to someone who had nothing to do with your encounter.

Not saying folks shouldn't partake, but it's risky nonetheless. COVID-19 will be the 3rd-leading cause of death in the US in a month or two. It's no joke.
