I haven't stayed overnight at any of the motels. But if I had to guess, Fairbridge Inn on Lamar would be your best bet. Lots of activity up and down lamar, and close enough to get to downtown / Bellevue for action in that direction if needed.

I've only been in the hobby for the last 3 years, so my experience is more limited than yours. I'm older, so I always prefer a 2-hour session to make the motor has time to get properly revved. Look at the posts, it seems we all agree GPS is rampant and not only here but country wide.

There's those of you who say No way you are paying and encouraging that.
