Longtime monger here new to the area. I have read a lot of the responses on outcall to homes. The negatives certainly outweigh the positives from what I have read here. We should have one, especially with the current availability of providers in Memphis makes sense to resort to other options.

I've had some good and bad luck with seeking arrangement and secret benefits in the past.
