The one in Jefferson is clean but a hit and miss as to when the best times to go is. Weekends tends to get a little too busy like on Friday nights. Guess it just depends on what you are looking for.

Hey all. I frequently use stg for local talent. Lately it's been more scammers than legit people. I do have a regular I use often but I'm always on the lookout for someone new (to me). Where's the local hotspots for some good finds? I'm in the Charleston metro area BTW.

A few takeaways that I have. I welcome any other reactions.

1. It was really dumb of him to use a phone that he owns in his name. An anonymous burner is a good idea. Not sure it would have helped much to use the "Burner" app since it is assigned to a phone number and the cops could have gotten that with a warrant, probably.

2. It was really dumb of him to send a picture of himself. Don't succumb to the temptation. Don't send identifying information.

3. The cops are all over skipthegames and eroticmonkey. They may be all over the sugar daddy sites, too. This means that people on those sites may end up getting caught and may end up flipping on their clients.

4. It did not seem to matter at all that the senator did not discuss a direct exchange of money for sex (quid pro quo). He said money for time and they charged him anyway. This one is scary for me, since I had thought that I was protecting myself by avoiding a quid pro quo discussion.

Protect yourselves and internalize the lessons learned here. Any other lessons you all can see?

Charged and convicted two different things. Probably a lot more to this story than we will ever know.
