I am not familiar with the area, and am wondering if there are any adult toy / book stores that are also adult theaters in the Boston area??

I have a (civilian) friend who wants me to take her shopping for some toys and outfits. And jumped all over the idea I had of going into the theater or booths and having sex. And inviting others to join in.

If you're familiar with Fantasyland in Tampa, this is what I'm looking for, but in the general Boston area (can be Southern NH or Rhode Island. Doesn't have to be Boston necessarily).
