Almost everywhere is better than MN. Right off the top of my head I would recommend Las Vegas, CA (LA, SF or Sacramento) and NYC.

If you weren't using your real # this wouldn't be an issue. Just ignore and move on. But this looks like one of those typical spam Indian scams LOL.

Nope, most of them don't care. All they care about is the size and number of the bills you give them. The exception would be if you are hung like a horse, they might not want something that big.
