It's not the arrests. Org site or the pbso blotter site (that one forces you to scroll thru many pages to see everyone).

I had the site up for a while but accidentally closed the tab. Its more up to date than the arrests. Org site. Google is not helping find the site....

I agree with PbgMonger. It's sad, but true. Back in the days of the old board-- just a few years ago-- you'd have had NO PROBlem meeting all your criteria. It was a buyer's market. My, how things have changed.
