My accurate info both on the forum and through PM regarding my reg status and info at CD proves I'm not a Fantasies shill or drumming for no reason. I kinda feel like I split the difference to your question. When I used to frequent more often, ie when PP was around, I would have 4-5 dancers that I knew and put the effort into, so when I visited and they were working there were clear expectations. Once in a while I would 'try' someone else, see what they were like, couple of times got burned by dancers offering the best in private, only to say they weren't into that. So for me it made sense to stick with the ones I knew.
