First off I've been looking a thread like this here for a while so thanks. Most bikini bars have an IG and they post who is working the day and night shifts. Basically from my experience these are dive bars with views and slightly better than a Hooters / Tilted Kilt. You can easily find these bars through searching yelp or google for Bikini Bars. Some are beer only, some are a full bar and very few have a kitchen. The girls are hot and if you are friendly and buy them shots you can have a nice time. Probably would not expect much from the bartenders unless you go regularly and they are into you. Once I saw a drunk bartender almost at the end of their shift flash a guy.

It's really hard to say; most of the bartenders are high tolerance for alcohol. Also, feeling like they only want some expensive shots like clase azul LOL.

My info is a little old, but my first wife worked at the Humdinger on Harbor. It was tease only. Sit and talk, they flirt, you tip, you dream, you tip more. You go home alone, they go home alone. My impression is these are the girls who have husbands or boyfriends and ease out of stripping and sucking cock for the sake of staying in a relationship. Tips are better than working in a restaurant, but nowhere near what a stripper will earn, even one who isn't fucking dudes in the VIP room.
