Can't compare Gat and Lusty. The quality of girls is magnitudes better at Gat but more than a helping hand is rare and will take time, multiple visits including 'VIP' dances, and then some luck. More of a OTC / sugar scene. Think stg (Lusty) vs Seeking (Gat).

I don't think one girl who worked at Lusty's would even be allowed to work at Gats. Gatsbys is cool for a good drink (I wouldn't even order mixed drinks at Lusty's) and very very nice looking women. Just got to tip!
