I'm not a Waterbury person but looking at the google street view, that building has 2 warning signs on either side of front door. One says "24 hour surveillance" with a picture of a video camera and the other is a No Trespassing sign.

I'm not sure if you been focusing in on the news lately. The politicians don't want to stop crime. They prefer to keep the statistics down on crime in their cities.

From the chatter on the Hartford Thread and the vibe of the providers, it looks like you need a part administrative assistant to weed through all the "seekers" on SA to find any that are actually willing to hookup for a fair price. And how many of those are actually worth all that effort plus the monthly fee? So in the end you end up with a handful that half the state is going after any way. What's the point?

Just hit New Thread in the Waterbury sections, call it Seeking Arrangements and it will start a Thread in the Waterbury User Blog section that users can add Reports to.
