Be careful if you partake. Everything in the dirty water is laced with fentanyl, even pot. I highly doubt the 200 mg viagra came from a legit source.

That's good to know! I stand corrected! As I said, I moved out of town 20 years ago, but didn't think that area was nearly as bad, at least it wasn't back then. The only places I go to in town anymore is my office, which is off of Grove, and the loop as needed.

I lived in Waterbury for more than 20 years. Got out 20 years ago, but my office is still walking distance to the loop. There's very few decent areas left. This is not one of them, but it's not nearly an "M" street level.

There are frequent shootings in that area. It; s gang territory. If you choose to proceed, do so with extreem caution.

995 Bank Street. A multi unit apartment building. Seems to be in ok condition, and across from a school. Can any of you Waterbury aficionados provide any info on the location? Ok to go visit someone there? If it's a green light, I'll go and report back with the details of who, and how it went.
