She caught my eye too but no way I'd fork out her asking price. As someone else posted I'd rather have a $30 crackhead because when my nut is over the only difference would be what's left in my pocket. I think she puts in a little more effort than most in her ads, mixes up photos etc. And I think she says $ minimum, so I might at least try a qv. Like you said she checks a lot of different boxes. 6'1" might be the tallest girl I've been with. Add in red head and that's unique too. And if these photos are accurate she looks good!

Now if she has good communication, offers a safe and drama free environment, and isn't in a dump she would be at the top of my to do list!

I'm struggling that no one has seen her though?
