Sure do. Issue 1 was to make it a 60% vote for we the people to make changes to the Ohio CONSTITUTION. Thus changing our RIGHT to do so with the normal 50%+1 that was originally established in the Ohio CONSTITUTION.

Are you sure about your knowledge of Ohio Constitutional history? Was that how it was "originally" established? Ohio has been a State since 1803. That's a long time. Are you certain you aren't talking about matters you know nothing about, again?

Constitutions should be hard to change. That's why the Founding Fathers set the requirements to amend as 2/3 the House, 2/3 the Senate and 3/4 of the "many states" for ratification. To amend should require an overwhelming majority not just a plurality. Requiring an overwhelming majority gives disproportionate power to the minority, as it takes comparatively fewer dissenters to stop the process and thus avoid mob rule.

The narrow minded ideologs are so focused on agenda they don't see the long term consequences of their actions. Just as when Senate Majority Leader was warned not to change the 60% voting rule eventually led to, when they were no longer the majority, a SCOTUS these narrow minded ideologs hate, so too will this blow up in their faces.

That guy was doing more than expressing his opinion. He was outright threatening to kill someone (said he'd be waiting in a parking garage for him). I'm VERY pro 2 a and I fully support freedom of speech but what he did was just dumb. It was the definition of play stupid games win stupid prizes. Guy fucked around and found out, nothing more to it.

This individual pointed a loaded fire arm at the FBI Swat team and failed to obey commands to surrender. He knew the out come of his actions. This very well may have been a suicide by cop situation.

Now, what's important here is to remember that the Constitution and our rights are under attack. The Constitution has been "interpreted" by judges using the telephone game which is enshrined under the concepts of res judicata and stare decisis. If you don't know what those things are do some research.

The country is going down the tubes, and black as well as white folks will suffer greatly due to the current path. I believe the only way to change it would be armed revolution, which is not going to happen because most of the people are sheep and as soon as the government gets what they consider a serious threat the velvet gloves come off. Remember Kent State.

Problem is 1/3 are hard core dbags on the side that's doing the oppression and they're all for it due to political expediency. Just like they didn't think things through when changing the Senate voting rules which led to, when they were no longer the majority, a SCOTUS they now hate they will some day be on the receiving end for that which they've sown in this date as well. What's shocking is if everything is going so well for them why are they such angry cvnts?
