Was on the corner of 28th and 62nd Sunday around 12:30 PM and saw this girl standing there with cardboard sign waving and begging for dollars. New talent or discarded scam bait beggar? Looks as if she's seen some street action. I'm sure somebody knows her. Any ideas?
