Just an FYI since my last post went unanswered: I finally found her old number from an ad made in Dec. I sent a text and she replied the next day. She's still giving appointments but prefers to set it up at least a day in advance so she can book a room for multiple visits at once.

She's definitely worth a visit if you haven't seen her before. Absolutely amazing boobs. I just wasn't keen on this last place she booked, but I will definitely save her number and see her again.
