I used to see her often years ago, then she dropped off the radar for a long time. Just standard stuff you do to avoid a haggle / renegotiation after they arrive or to catch a recent price change. When something has changed, I mention that I noticed the change from last time. Normally one of two things happens. The girl states plainly that the new policy is firm and X is no longer available or second you talk / video chat to confirm / jog her memory that you have seen her before and the option is once again available. These reactions make sense to me. They no longer want to do something for whatever reason. Completely normal and their call. Second one also is fairly common a lot of girls loosen up a bit with regulars. I am sure that people claiming to be regulars looking for discounts happen.

A few times though there has been a weird third reaction. The provider will say that they never offered X. They get super rude about you asking and then claim you are lying. The first few times I mistakenly had a lengthy text exchanges where I show the screen shot of the text messages where they agreed. Assuming they sincerely forgot but that just ends with them getting angrier. I no longer bother. Maybe they are just embarrassed but this is always super weird to me. Being rude to a former client does not mean it never happened.
