Oh man, years ago I posted a review of a body rub girl who was adverting a special "escort rate" in addition to body rub rates to clarify that it meant exactly what you would think it would mean and she went off on me in private messages. You can just flag the post yourself and ask for it to be removed with a "chicks be crazy" reason and the admins in my experience are pretty good on getting it removed quickly.
