There are a number of First Urology locations but there is one on DuPont Circle. They have helped me and can probably help you. They are not ripoffs like the other one mentioned.

There's a urologist near Dutchmans Lane. First Urology if I remember the sign correctly. I can't say whether they prescribe what you're looking for.
