Nashville has such a bigger income market pro teams left and right, country music stars etc. And their prices seem less than what aolt of these providers attempt to charge here LOL. So you dumb mongers that are paying crazing rates around here you better get your head out your asses your being overcharged for this louisville market.
Yeah I was really hoping whoever rented to her before was on here and would say best decision ever. I really should know better than that though. Thanks for all the input guys. Appreciate being reminded of reality.
By my count - 15 against, 01 neutral, 00 in favour. Even Yoda can figure this one out. DnC.

From StinkyNuts. In my experience, doing ANYTHING with a provider outside of the hobby is a recipe for disaster.
Could not agree more. Had a provider I had been seeing for a couple of years. She got a little behind the eight ball and her car was re-poed by the bank. To help her out, I bought her a good used car to get back her her feet. Next thing I know, she is on her way to florida, in the car I bought her, with her boy firend, never to be heard from again. From the Indiana Jones movie: 'I chose poorly'. DnC.
What could possibly go wrong? LOL. It wouldn't be surprising to see her own the property if something were to go wrong. You can't go to the authorities with unclean hands to get justice.
It would make for a great episode of Judge Judy though
LOL! Reminds me of a certain episode. Where a monger took Jessica to court. He won though. His name suffered a bit though. Still got that episode on my computer. I met the guy in person.
Has anyone ever done a legitimate business transaction with a provider or former provider? Specifically I am talking about renting a house or an apartment to a former provider. I own a few rental properties and a former provider who I have kept in contact with for sometime wants to rent a house from me. I know previously she rented a house from a guy who she would see as a client for A discount in her rent. I don't think that is going to happen in this situation but curious as to what everyone's thoughts are. This girl has been out of the game for a couple of years. We kept in contact through social media because before she retired we became friends. Even since her retirement we hooked up a couple of times. I know she needs some help and I am able to help or just not for sure if it is a safe thing to do for either one of us.
With all the stuff going on in the media, that is a for sure way to get a rape charge and to lose control of your life.
I actually think you went too far by being friends with a ex-working girl on social media to begin with.
The point here is not to expose yourself to unnecessary complication and problems that others have mentioned in their responses to you. You have more to lose. Keep it simple and minimize your exposure.

In my experience, doing ANYTHING with a provider outside of the hobby is a recipe for disaster. BEST case scenario: you could find yourself ripped off. And then you'll have no recourse as your hobby will inevitably out itself if you pursue action. Worst case scenario: you could find yourself in complicity-based troubles depending on what this chick decides to do. Bottom line: if she provides for you, KEEP IT AT THAT.

In my opinion this would most likely lead to unwanted complications in your business life, your personal life and probably conflicts in both.
