Good thing you're not a lawyer. There's a major difference between us and Dotcom. Piracy was illegal in New Zealand when he was doing it. Prostitution is constitutionally protected where I live and where the servers are. Because in those countries people think consenting adults should be able to fuck for money if they feel like it.
Human trafficking is rightly denounced in all of these countries but in none of those countries is picking up a prostitute in your car and transporting her two blocks to get a blowjob considered human trafficking. The problem the USA has is they are trying to dress theological laws in other clothing. Nobody will get extradited for a hooker ad.

It really sucks living in a third world shithole where the government decides what’s best for you, and treats you like a criminal when you disagree.

The girls on craigslist may go to taking to the streets are bars hopefully. Hope like hell they not go to escort Babylon cause most of the girls on there shouldn't be on it. Some of them at one time was street walkers. Most of the girls on there two out of ten are very hot said an 9 are 10. The other three of the upper tier are an 6 to an 8. Not bad at all to bang and may be worth the money. But then as you get to the top of the lower tier number 3 and 4 they are just not real escort material not worth a lot of funds but they hope someone show up at there door and pay them more money just because they want to be call an escort and not a streetwalker. The lowest tier are number 1 and 2 girls that are not all that attractive and if they was in a bar you would take them home for a good time but that about it. I said this cause some of the girls on some of the sites are just not all of that. Make me wonder if they do much business at all. I guess beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.

Craigslist just got shutdown cause of new legislation called fosta. Will this affect your site?
Some of you guys seem to have a difficult time understanding the idea of jurisdiction.
I don't live in the USA, the site isn't hosted in the USA. The US Congress doesn't pass laws for the whole world. There is nothing illegal about hooker ads in either the jurisdiction where I live nor where our site resides.

I agree that opioid abuse has reached epidemic proportions. I and discussing the problem in regard to the providers it seems that drug use and abuse is rampant as well. The real problem I have is that by patronizing the providers I am essentially supporting their drug habits.

I realize the opioid crisis has really gotten out of control, and this is only an opinion, but when licensed physicians (some good some bad) were put on the spot many quit writing prescriptions even for those in need. The government has started a war which I am afraid we are losing. Now the doctors are afraid to write a prescription for something as simple as percocet for fear of coming under scrutiny. Yes the opioid crisis is a major epidemic but now instead of it actually being a controlled substance through actual doctors it has gone underground, at least when a physician wrote the script it wasn't laced with an elephant tranquilizer that is now killing people in record numbers. A 30% increase in one year alone in overdose deaths! Mongers I don't do drugs other then alcohol. I quit smoking in 2006 so I don't support drug use but somehow, someway, there has to be a better answer. I've met many mean drunks but I have yet to meet a mean pot smoker, just lots with the munchies! ! Rant over and as always.
Be Safe,
DE.
