I was thinking about Yolanda a lot lately. I haven't seen her since just before Christmas. I have a feeling that she may have gotten locked up due to the other girls that were hanging in her spot were causing too much attention and commotion at the Starbucks. Starbucks complained a lot to LASD and they upped the patrols and exposure to the area. She did have a warrant too from a while back so she may be away for a while if that is what happened. I cruise everyday in the area, so if I see her I'll let you know. It has been dead on the street since the last time I saw her too.

I have to concur with Volcom. Palmdale has been literally dead since Christmas. Even my regulars have disappeared. Well, finally got the chance to try out Yolanda in Palmdale. I was in Eureka last month. Wasn't looking for action, but noticed some anyway, so I thought I'd pass it along. I was staying at the Motel 6 on Broadway near 14th (I think). There are a few motels along Broadway. Saw some obvious workers out front. Not horrible by Eurtweaka standards, but nothing irresistible. This was around 5 or 6pm on a weekday. A couple of blocks east of Broadway are the railroad tracks and Industrial area. I saw a few ghouls heading that way. Didn't chat so I don't know anything about prices, but from what I heard, there are a lot of single moms on welfare in Eureka, so I'm thinking it's reasonable. Some escorts on Craigslist trade for 420, which might save a bundle, since it's cheap and plentiful up there. My guess is that action should be easy to find. Even if not on the street, you could probably ask around downtown. A lot of hippies and transient looking types. I'm guessing plenty of women in the area are open to earning a little on the side.

Also, and I'm not sure if this is typical behavior for the area or not, but I was driving up to Humboldt Hill and a young woman was thumbing her way back to the freeway. She wasn't dressed slutty, but she made hard eye contact. She actually seemed a little intimidating. I think she flipped me off when I passed her. There are a lot of hitchhikers along 101 in Humboldt County. Don't know if any are working or if they're all just hippies. It's like Haight-Ashbury back in the day around there.

FYI, most women in the area are obese. If you see a thin woman that isn't an obvious student at CSUH, then she's probably a user. This might be a stretch, but you could try approaching the plazoids in Arcata. Lot of hippie chicks just hanging around stoned asking for spare change. I hope this information is useful to someone.

I don't know if its been posted here yet but the area you mostly find girls (that the locals all know about) is on 3rd street in Olde Town Eureka. Just keep in mind that almost everyone in the area knows about it and LE are well aware of the "problem" and sometimes conduct stings.

Was up in the Antelope Valley yesterday for work.

Before my first appointment I stopped at a 7-11 at Palmdale Boulevard and Sierra Highway in Palmdale between 9 and 9:30 a.m. There was an older woman, maybe early to mid 40s just hanging around outside, sipping on a bottle of iced tea. Thin, shortish hair. I drove around the block a couple of times to get her attention but nothing. Still it was odd. She didn't have the TGTBT looks of a decoy. When I came back later in the day, the woman was gone.

In Lancaster along Sierra Highway near Avenue J I spotted a young brunette who was walking. I did a turnaround and met up with her on one of the sidestreets and asked if she needed a lift. She gave a non-committal answer annd continued walking. She went east on Avenue J. At J and Date Street we crossed paths again and this time she asked if I wanted to give her a ride. Said she was going to a nearby church. There was a guy walking in the same direction she called "a friend." I asked her if she was dating and she said no. I dropped her off at the church. Later I drove in that same area and saw the woman and guy in the park across the street from the church. If she had been alone I would have inquired again about a date but instead drove on.

At Palmdale and 3rd Avenue saw a potential SW on a bicycle. But when I saw the missing teeth I took a pass.

For up here, that's about as good advice you can get. If you go look at the local crime map yot'll see the area is assault/robbery heaven. But you will find some girls sometime. Just keep your eyes open. The girls they use for stings are way to good for here. If it looks to good to be true it is a sting. Around noon and at 5pm yesterday, I saw the brown haired (LSW?) with tattoo at 3rd and PB. We made eye contact at the light. I mouthed the words no thanks. Sort of cute face and did look like she would suck chrome off railer hitch. Somebody liked it because when I turned around and headed back to 14 she was gone. Saw very worn, tallish, lean late 30's, early 40's blonde on north side of PB at 4th coming out of alley. Hard to tell age when they have that much mileage. Also, BSW w/ back in front of Jacks, motor officer pulled in the parking lot and her and "boy friend" moved on. Hard to partake with any of them in the light of day, in the heat and sober. I did see cute hispanic w/ long legs and pink top on side street around third north of PB not sure if SW or not. Looks to be alot of people hanging around and probable drug trading in mini mall across the street from Jacks. Who would have thought?

Don't know if anyone picked up on this. Last week there was a sting op on Palmdale Blvd in front of the Arco on the west side of the 14. Cute blonde 30ish, nice shape and a hot little latina, with a big rack. They were both deputies for LASD. The look out team was across the street in 2 black SUV's at the valero gas and storage place next door. I watched a little while I was getting gas. Knew something was up right away because the girls were out of place, too good looking if you know what I mean and they didn't walk more than 20-30 feet in front of the place. The girls up here walk blocks and miles, LOL. They aren't even half as good looking as these girls were either. 16 stupid dudes were popped that night in about 3 hours. If you are from around here and were picked up, you should have known something was up, just from the looks.
On the positive note, there have been a couple of girls walking around Palmdale B on the east side between division and Sierra Hwy. One has been around a long time as I have seen her several times, never tried her out though because she looks very very worn. Brunette with a large tatoo on her chest usually by 3rd.
