I seriously doubt there was UC on ECB. Just remember that the vice squad has reduced the number of officers assigned to the sub stations in recent years. There also has been few if any SD UC vice in NC as well. SDPD has only conducted one sting operation in recent years. The other thing to remember that the SW's on ECB is fairly rare & sporadic. It is possible however. In the past SDPD would conduct stings when the action was slow. It is far more likely that the vice would crack down in NC.
