It is simply a show of force by LE. But LE can still stop, question and threaten you. The streets in the Main & Division are very wide open and it is to be spotted blocks away. Sometimes I will get on Plaza blvd on ramp and off on Main st exit if LE is on Roosevelt.

Yes price does matter. For the price we pay out here you can get 4 or 5 BJ's a week. For myself heading to TJ is by far the better option I am paying roughly 20% of what the girls charge in the US.
