LE could give out tickets for obstructing traffic. I never stop in the middle of the street to talk to a girl. LE could stop and harass you however. I really dislike that all the girls insist on standing in the street. I wish the cops would start giving the girls tickets for that.

Made a few laps last night and as mentioned before there was a LOT of panda activity going on. There was two ladies (LSW&ASW) dressed in normal-ish clothes. Definitely not like the others. I picked up the LSW in the flannel and she was acting real sketchy. Didn't let me touch her once she got in, insisted I park off one of the streets off are'velt. Eventually I convinced her to let me drive elsewhere, I pulled out donation and placed it on the dash. She kept insisting I hand it to her. I then told her to get out. Was real sketch, might have to lay low for a while.

Last night, couldn't sleep and had a bad cough, so I decided to cruise around the blade and Roosevelt at midnight to 2 am, and potentially get some head to sleep. About 4 LSWs, 6 BSWs, and 2 WSWs, and 1 ASW.

LSWs wanted a buck twenty for head. LOL nope.

BSWs wanted around a buck, or denied head only dates. There was a sexy BSW who let me cop her up to see whether I was a panda or not, and she negotiated down a price on her own. Started at 100 and ended up at 60 in 5 seconds. I was going to pick her up but pandas were around, and she had no room, sadly.

The ASW has been around for a while now, but she charges $2. 5 for FS, and $. 5 for head. I don't know whether she's still pricing it at that, but I don't think she gets much action.

One of the WSW went home and wouldn't come near my car since I have out of state plates, or at least I'm assuming so. The second WSW I saw asked 1. 2 for FS, . 8 for head. Said she asks more for room since she has a place in City Heights. At that price point, she'd better pay me for the gas, so I lol noped on out of there.

These girls are getting ridiculous with their prices, meanwhile AMPs are still charging the same. I hope you boys aren't falling for the exorbitantly pricy GPS out there. Get your money's worth and make the trip to TJ or something if they charge a buck or more for head lmao. Prices are getting out of hand, and the pimps hanging around the blade is getting ridiculous. I used to enjoy cruising, and still do for the eye candy, but god damn it has become so annoying. Doesn't help that pandas are roaming around more frequently now, which I'm assuming is in part due to the increase in pimps hanging around.

Swung by M&D last night to see what was happening at about 10:30 PM. 6-8 SW not great quality. But LOTS of PoPo. Saw at least 6 SD PD cruisers in the area, some pulling over cars. Lots of mongers / looky loos running around as well. Given the traffic and situation, decided to bail pretty quickly.

I believe I saw her today (12.11. 23) at 520 pm standing on street corner a block away from where I took picture. She was totally showing her bare ass she had a g-string on.
