It is simply a show of force by LE. But LE can still stop, question and threaten you. The streets in the Main & Division are very wide open and it is to be spotted blocks away. The problem is that it very easy stick out like sore thumb in that area. This is why I only stop for girls that interest me. I also do nop spend much time cruising in that area for the same reason. Sometimes I will get on Plaza blvd on ramp and off on Main st exit if LE is on Roosevelt.
