My guess is that pulling over twice is probably okay so long as you are not aggressive about it. Another good tactic is to get out and say hello to them. If the girl is working she will clue you in. Generally the girl will ask you what's up if they are working. I will typically respond by saying "just seeing what's out here". If they respond in a positive manner I will ask them if they want to go. The thing about this tactic is that you are not implicating yourself. I would not use the term "date" however. The word date has been used as the basis for a "intent to solicit prostitution" in sting operations.

I agree, there much more college kids in that area since they built that new apt complex by the AM / PM. Years ago I met this one SW named Denise / Melody that lived in that area. Back when Tower records was still around you could find a some hot college girls looking to earn some money for books occasionally. The best thing these days is pull over discreetly and see if you get a reaction. There is the random SW by 7/11, but that is quite rare these days.

No worries. Even if there's no action or a bad crop, I think its good to post recon info. National is off the regular stroll, but it's not being used by mgmt to the fullest. Same with ocean view and commercial.

Finished biz I had to do and and looped around for recon. Spotted them again on 32nd which connects to main. Can only guess they were going to start their ncb shift.

1 was tall, skinny blonde LSW which was obviously a dude. Other 1 was short, skinny brunette LSW in dress that was more ambiguous but still a young dude.

Seemed familiar and remembered sorta looked like the pic attached. If you're local, you might remember that news.
