The odd thing is that there is some court "injunction" against SW's working WEST of Waterman (on Baseline), but not EAST-so maybe they are all moving "east".

I may be wrong but I believe thats part of the mayor's Operation Phoenix program. I know that Baseline is one of the boundaries and I think either Sierra or Mt View is the south end.

Needed to be up early a couple days ago and decided to cruise Baseline. Not much out either SW or LE. Did find a WSW, Shannon, looking for "a ride" at a bus stop near Waterman. Early-mid 30s straight blond hair past her shoulders. Gets in and we do a quick LE check. Said she just got out after 16 months in the county hotel for shoplifting. Guess they fed her well there as she was kinda big. Got to a nice quiet spot and I was informed that the .30 bus fare I gave her would get me very well taken care of. Excellent skilled BBBJTCIM, asked how I liked it and was very open to encouragement. She asked me to drop her at the donut shop. Said she didn't have a phone but was out early every day. Not the most beautiful to look at (but worlds better than another older tall WSW with no front teeth) but attitude and performance made up for it. Definitely would repeat.

I wonder if ol' buck toothed Tammy is back out there. I guess this area (Baseline/Waterman) will never quite lose its luster for SW's (as long as the Donut Shop and Stater's are there!). I was out this way the other night so I thought i would cruise baseline to see what was out there. It was around ten thirty pm. I drove back and forth once. I never saw a cop but also didn't see much action. I didnt feel like being out there for long and was about to quit when i saw a white woman near the staterbros. on waterman. She was standing by the bus stop and gave me the look. I pulled into the shopping center and she came and hopped in my car. She was an older white female and had a nice rack but was far from hot. She said her name was lisa. We did the cop check then negotiated .30 for a bbbj. we found a dark spot and she went to work. She was good at what she did. She seemed really nice and said she is only out there on the weekends. Afterward she cleaned up and I dropped her off at the donut shop.

Cruised Baseline last night as I didnt feel like driving to Holt. (Turns out that may have been a good idea.) Arrived about 8:45 PM noticed a higher amount of WSW/LSW than usual. Didn't see ANY BSW which was downright strange!
About 9:00 LE made a very strong presence. Drove around a bit and no sign of a sting; just heavy patrol along the corridor from G to a block past Waterman. Lots of ID checks on pedestrians. Seemed like every time I was ready to swoop LE would pop out from around a corner. Both SB city and county were on the prowl, both cruisers and motorcycle units. There must have been an incentive of a donut for every documented stop. Guess there was no "real" crime to be addressed in their fine city last night. Ya right.

If anyone comes across Tammy (a now PAROLED SW!) of Baseline and Waterman fame, let me know, since I am a bit miffed, she is not letting me be her first "post-prison lay" (probably cause I am not a fellow "hype"!). She is supposed to have paroled "back to West Valley" on Tuesday. No show at that locale. Nothing doing at B & W in any case. Thanks, Mayor Morris!

Weds night cruised Baseline around 8-8:30. First time in a while I've seen more tha the 2-4 skanky SWs out and about. Spotted a WSW walking towards Mt. View. Pulled into a parking lot, she got in and we did the cop check. Said her name was Barbara. Decent looking blonde WSW early 30's.

Quoted .30 for BBBJTCIM and off we went. Got to the usual spot and up came the top and bra for some sucking and fondling on a luscious set of 38 D's. Got down to business and she was really into what she did. Really sweet gal with an excellent attitude. Said she only comes out once or twice a week.

As a side note: read in the local paper that LE was out Thursday night and arrested suspected prostitutes along a stretch of Baseline that included part of the Operation Phoenix area. Arrests there along with some more arrests in the 5th and G area got 9 women and one man dressed as a woman.

I saw a BSW and a LSW on 4th and G st near the Central City Motel. This was around 10am. It appears that they were working, but I had a delivery to make and could not stop to partake. Last week, saw a BSW on G st near AM/PM convience store at the corner of 5th St. at about 9am. Hope This Helps.

Did a cruise on Baseline Sat afternoon, not much going on so came back later in the evening. Maybe 5-6 BSW couple of scary looking WSW. Was calling it a night when I spotted Ana, 5-3 short dark hair, pouty lower lip and tatts on her hands and wrists. She gets in and quotes .20 for BBBJ so off we went. When we got to her spot she asked what I was looking for so I reminded her and she quotes .30. I reminded her of her previous quote and she was "oh..ok" starts to do the deed and quickly stops saying she never does it without a hat and do I have one. Told her no just finish with a HJ. She freaked a bit when I popped saying he never did that before and then used every tissue and napkin I had to clean her hand. Drove her back and dropped her off. TOFTT, definitely one to avoid.

I met "Shaodow" today at the DAV Thrift Store parking lot (where she can be found), and found her to be a pleasant experience. In her 40's, she was a good experience (took her to El Diablo motel at 5th and Mt. Vernon). .40 was the entire experience. Baseline overall is more miss then hit recently.
