About a month ago I picked up a BSW on 7th and G st. LEO came flying around the corner on G st did a you turn and pulled me over. The BSW jumped out of my car and LEO wrestled her down. That was the first time I got pulled over in SB. My guess they are cleaning up the area for the new business's on 5th.

LOL there is no such policy. SB is a poor city and does not have any tax revenues to maintain daily vigilance and enforcement like the Beach Cities, Malibu, or Bev Hills. More likely, that po-po was just super bored that day, and you have bad timing. I bet the next day, G and H St were crawling with walkers again and a parade of mongers in cars picking them up.
