I would like to something like the Ero's centers they have in Germany. I believe this is the ideal solution. Hate the the stings, but as any resident you don't want to see street walkers in your neighborhood. I'd rather the pragmatic approach to license and regulate adult activities to a specific area of the city and bring them indoors.

LE is all about controlling the environment and they can't do that in multiple locations. Since last year, it's legal to just stand and not moving around. It's also territorial. They sort of carved out the turf. Practically, if the girl you fancy is picked up before you do, you come to the same place when she's done.

Sometimes you may see tow trucks. LE will also have a UC vehicle to watch the decoy as well. Pull over to talk to the girl or ask them to get in. Always do the check.
