Politely say "no thank you" when the cocktail waitress asks you to buy a girl a drink.

Get a feel for all the girls before you immediately get a dance or blow all your cash on the first girl that makes an offer.

If it's slow, try to negotiate the prices of services and/or more songs in one of the two VIP areas. The semi-vip room, I believe, is $ for 4 songs and the fully private vip room is $.5 for 6 songs.
