There's no one size fits all answer to the question. It all depends on what you generally go for and what will satisfy your needs at that particular moment. I use the restaurant analogy. You can go spend $5 on dinner at McDonalds and have crappy food, or you can go to a nice steakhouse and spend $100 on your dinner. Both satisfy the same purpose. You're not hungry anymore.

I've had really crappy service from young girls who were incredibly good looking, and I've had mind blowing experiences with older providers who were well past their prime in the looks department, and vice versa on both. For the most part, I've found the rule of thumb to be the younger and hotter they are, the worst the service and the more they charge. There are of course exceptions both ways. I've been aware of Tulip on Beach for a while, since I usually hit that liquor store next door on the way to Temptation (way back when) or Sunset. But I never tried it until today.

I pulled the infamous Linda around 12:30 pm.
