Bolsa / Magnolia, definitely in the City of Westminster. I checked the Westminster PD Police Blotter / Arrest log. There are no arrests that seem to coincide with this event.

Right in, DB. At full service shops foreplay consists of negotiating a price and applying lube. Might as well get busy and save the money. Certainly there are exceptions but typically they deal in volume and most would rather forgo the effort to do a good massage.

That's why you have to build that relationship with some of these girls. Plus you have to have the right equipment to use it to your advantage.
