This place hasn't been reviewed in a while but I don't think anything has changed. It's strictly legit. However, it is really cheap and the massage is actually pretty good. For $20 you get a "private" room (very thin curtains separate the "rooms") and a 1 hour massage. I've tried several of the girls (or maybe "ladies" might be more appropriate) but Tiffany would be the standout for me. Good personality and attitude and the nicest looking one I've seen here. They do have higher-priced options but I've only tried the $25 room which gets you real walls but the same massage.
