From the reports it sounds like the shooter was after someone so it wasn't random. I doubt that the area will be saturated with LE for too long, and even if they are still there got better things to do than harass citizens minding their own business trying to get a nice relaxing massage.

Went to Aroma spa (Formerly Honey Spa) mid-week, and saw Sara. They claimed she's white, but she looked more Latina, when she walked in.
