A few years ago, an acquaintance was looking for a bargain cleaner for a rental property he was turning. Contacted an independent cleaning contractor from Craigslist. Charges include false imprisonment, sexual battery and a couple more add-ons. This was a he said / she said situation that did not work out. They were the only two people in the house. This guy spent about two years fighting the trumped up charges. She didn't get the dollars she expected from the encounter, so she made him pay attorneys far more. Just a teaching moment before getting caught in a similar situation.
