Also at times the nuisance the sex workers walking may create becomes a local political concern and create pressure on local law enforcement however I have not seen much of that in Pa.. It is very rare that escort "sting" operations are used nowadays. I do know Lancaster Co. Pa recently did one and netted a few mongers placing them on probation and sending them to "John School" LOL after they went to a hotel to do a date.

So if we have a definition of "Human Trafficking" as:
Human trafficking involves the use of force, fraud, or coercion to obtain some type of labor or commercial sex act.
https://www.dhs.gov/blue-campaign/wh...an-trafficking
Then perhaps there is something there that helps explain disappearance of AMPs around here?
Have had some AMP girls, in the past, tell me they came over on a "plan" and have to pay back the boss for travel expenses. In that case, I wonder if the above definition applies?
However, if the girls in the AMP are USA citizens and are working giving massages to pay rent, buy groceries or make car payments like you or I do, then not sure how the definition applies?
Of course we all know the public assumes EVERY girl in prostitution is "forced, defrauded or coerced" into doing dates and it appears as though the justice system blurs the line in portraying all commercial sex acts as "human trafficking. ".

3. TF is biased against Asians and thus wants to shut them all down.
4. Someone on the TF is protecting the Hispanic outfit, or profiting from such.
What a shame the the TF can't really do something about Human trafficking from south of the boarder. It's an embarrassment the way they have proceeded.

I hope people realize the boys only work 8-4:30 M-F and being warmer weather, not happening on a Monday or Friday and in general not after 1:00 (too much paperwork).
While not hard fast procedure, that is what occurs.
This incident with a customer is not what has been happening recently.

The business is located at 1164 Elkton Road, a few hundred feet from the state line. Is / was there there more that has been truncated or another article somewheres else?
General comments:
1) Hard to tell if undercover was nude or not, OR if they just were in their drawers and negotiated before the rub. Is it also possible LE used an informant?
2) How the heck does a Monger get arrested? Only thing I can think of is the dude opened his mouth and admitted to P2 P.
Remember you are there for a massage which is legit. Anything that happens after that is between two consenting adults. DON'T talk to LE! Once a legit service is paid for, it clouds legally the line and gives your attorney a leg to stand on. But opening you mouth and giving up your 5th amendment rights, by confessing to or admitting to a crime is final. Yer done!
Mongers don't plan to fail, they just fail to plan! And that means getting an education on ALL aspects of the hobby.

The current tactic seems to be making progress. A semi-friendly meet and greet to see things their way an move on or encounter problems.
In the next 90-days we will have lost another in NCC (appears this way, unless the menu changes).
It seems Philly is the only viable Asian option now as NJ quality has taken a hit lately.
If it was truly a trafficking concern then the Border Crossers would be high on the radar.

3 indicted for human trafficking, tax fraud, prostitution in Wilmington, Newark area
Hannah XYZABC
Delaware News Journal
March 2, 2023
Three people have been indicted on human trafficking charges in the Wilmington and Newark areas, the Department of Justice announced Thursday.
The trio was charged with racketeering, money laundering, conspiracy and promoting prostitution for their operation of "illicit massage establishments" across northern Delaware.
Court documents show that the group has been operating a "criminal enterprise" in Delaware for about 10 years. The FBI and Delaware State Police began an undercover investigation at three of the group's massage parlors in late 2022, according to records.
When the agents and officers would go in posing as customers, they were offered sexual stimulation during their massages in exchange for extra money, court documents state.
The women giving the massages were trafficked by the group, the Department of Justice said, and were forced to work long hours and live in unsanitary conditions.
"Some people assume human trafficking only happens on the other side of the world, but the reality is that it is right in our backyard and cases like these are just the tip of the iceberg," said Delaware Attorney General Kathy Jennings in an official statement.
The Feb. 27 indictment specifically focuses on the date range of March 2020 to February 2023, as it's when some members of the group began lying to receive government benefits.
According to the indictment, one person in the trio claimed a massage parlor had closed because of the pandemic and was given over $25,000 in unemployment benefits from the Department of Labor. She used that same claim to apply for and receive Medicaid, too, according to prosecutors.
In reality, police found about $200,000 in suspected proceeds from her illegal business across multiple bank accounts, according to the Department of Justice. The money has since been frozen.

Interesting they didn't name the establishments and pretty light on details.
I'm not fussed over the scam about Gov't money. PPP was a joke, anybody who could fill out the form got "free money" as it seems there was no investigation into IF a claim was legit or not. Apparently there is no investigation, nor recovery process going on these days when obvious fraud is found.*** This is what the LE does, heap as many charges as possible on a suspect.
*** at least a half dozen admitted to PPP scams on season 1 of Judge Judy's new show, fwiw.

Not many details to determine the locations that were impacted by this.
I am curious if this has anything to do with three or four closers on the Pike that we were all saddened about.

I think the key word in the statement is "Across" and establishment is plural.

At an event this week and in the next meeting room an employee training was taking place which lasted four hours. Then in the afternoon they had a repeat for other staff not in attendance.
https://cr.hilton.com/wp-content/upl...ement-2020.pdf
Being curious I went into the room and stood in the back. At the time they were talking about other hotel chains and how they are networking and sharing employee training resources.
One of those mentioned was Red Roof. I found that interesting given the (lower) room rates and utilization of RR by many providers.
Just thought I would throw it out there for some of those higf traffic rooms / locations.
