So I was in the vicinity of Spring Valley today and on a whim decided to swing by the old VIP. The Open sign was on a d the door adjar so I peeked inside. I was immediately greeted vy a friendly 40-something masseuse with limited English who encouraged me to pay a visit. I had my lines prepared and asked to see a now long-gone favorite of mine. This conversation proved a little challenging and she called out for help. Another friendly 40-somerhing obliged and informed me apogetically "she in LA now". Then then glancing seductively in the direction of her companion, she said encouragingly " You like to try?" I apologized, and demurred saying I had to be somewhere else. No offense taken. She handed me a bottled water and a card. My estimation is that extras are definitely available given the vive I got. The only disconcerting moment was when a middle-aged Asian dude came out through the open security door and went into the front room. He paid me no heed. I left with deep feeling of nostalgia. Man, what a fuckfest occured there daily in the happy spring of 2022. The lesson my friends, carpe diem, for mutability more than anything else is the hallmark of this hobby we indulge in.

I read on the main Massage page that the old VIP SV location was going to open this week with the new owners. Just curious if anyone has had the chance to go down and check it out yet. TIA.

...That VIP in spring valley is no longer under the same management as well. The past owners have moved on apparently.

VIP in Spring Valley was sold, so those are the new owners "remodeling". From what I understand, the new owners also own a spa in La Mesa (no idea which one, that's just what I heard)

I stopped into the Old VIP1 on Friday morning at about brunch-time, And Yes, it is Open -but just barely.
I walked right past the old homeless man who mumlbles to himself, strait into a slightly improved front lobby.
Improved only by the new metal security door that all AMP's use to seperate Business from Pleasure.
But it only offers some privacy, because you can still see strait thru the metal mesh down the hallway.
Business was slow, with only one girl working today, named Alisa, (pronouced 'A-Liz-a' -not 'A-Lee-cia')
I must've caught her off guard as she was actually in the kitchen cooking, and had to dash into the Manager's office for a quick outfit change.
Her spoken English is passable, but a few misspellings in her written English.
She escorted me down the hall to Rm. #5 on the right, and I was offered Half-Hour or One-Hour.
(Oh-Wow, -an entire hour! -that would've been unheard of during VIP1's former glory).
She asked me if I had been there before, I replied Yes and I mentioned Daisy, Lisa, & Jojo as my prior conquests, but she seemed unphased by any of VIP's Hall-of-Fame A-List.
I'm guessing that the new owners & staff are unrelated to the former ownership, so I just paid $50 for 30-Min's and assumed the position.
She started off very professional, asking Hard? Or Soft?, Do you want Oil Yes?/ No?, Blah-blah-blah.
(I'm really not used to these long introductions at VIP1, I mean normally I'd be waist-deep in Breast's, Asses, & Vagina's within the first 5-Min's here).
Ok, I get it, she wants some reassurances that I'm a safe customer, because my nefarious reputation does not proceede me here under the new management.
So I ask her to spray my hands with her bottle of Alcohol (so that I can grope her Ass in a sanitary fashion to pass her LE check).
I know they appreciate these little attemps at cleanliness. So, after wipeing my hands dry, I immeadiatly flip over and ask her "How about Junior?

Made an appointment to see Mina at NLBC but when I arrived for my appointment she was not there so kinda bummed. I saw CiCi instead and it was OK. I'm use to a full hour but it seems only hhr is available here or at least for the time slot I wanted. Anyway, the service started with me face down and CiCi did some light massaging then a cat bath and the flip. Great BBBJ and the usual multi positions. From what I know, NLBC is just NLBC now. That VIP in spring valley is no longer under the same management as well. The past owners have moved on apparently. But if you say there's a new attractive girl, it could be worth TOFTT.

If you didn't know, the girls are back. Mina, Lisa and CiCi. Also another girl Yoona. Lisa is not as active as she has some stuff to attend to but still there. You already know about the other two. But I'd say check out CiCi, there's an upgrade in skill and difference from last time haha.

This thread should end or rename, something. Not sure why we keep considering VIP when it's new co-ownership / investors and now NLBC.

Well dude, your source for information is pretty good, however they got one pretty important detail wrong. It's VIP in Spring Valley that's for sale, not NLBC. After being closed for about 2 months, and contemplating what they wanted to do, they decided it's best to sell and move on. Sadly, after all the bullshit some of you guys put them through (you know who you are) it just isn't worth the trouble to continue to operate in San Diego. It's the mongers loss really. A few idiots ruined one of, if not THE best thing in town for the rest of us. Thanks a lot.
