Testing from these sites is typically performed by labcorp or quest so they should be legit. Read up on how to take the urine sample for an STD vs a general UTI or urine test. You can use your real name or not. I've never been positive so I don't know how things would go from there.

Cost $110 for basic clap and syphs. They have other packages to test for wider variety of stuff. I just chose the ones my doctor doesn't automatically do on my annual physical. Pretty anonymous. Get results in less than 24 hrs on a weekday.

No, you have to have a prescription, but that's not a big deal. Any doctor should give you one. It's a prescription drug, unless you buy it from a drug dealer on the street (and who knows what you're really getting), you need a prescription.
