I Believe if you go into the situation tense and a little reluctant that can set off a bad vibe. Obviously, meeting someone for the first time in a hotel room intending to fuck or suck a complete stranger can be stressful on both parties. By the sounds of it, it does seem like a legit panic attack. Some people just experience heightened anxiety under certain circumstances. I would guess it had nothing to do with your looks but more of her sensing you were probably uncomfortable / notably cautious.
