Update. I provided a pic of me holding the Stanley Cup with my eyes blocked out + contact info for another provider who could vouch for me. That seemed to do the trick, though I have no idea if they ever made contact or not. BTW, reputable means favorable TER reviews.

You can't just load more minutes through the app anymore. Want to switch carriers and keep my number. Anyone having the same issues?
