As this is your first post I'll assume you're new to this. Some common basic facts in mongering are phone numbers. Out of the 5 numbers you posted 4 are out of state. I'd say 95% of the time this means they're not real, and as for the last one I'd say she's not real / bait and switch, and along with the 5 of them they fall under the TGTBT (too good to be true) factor which typically leads to being a scammer / fake.

Just some tips.

I will ad to this. I am not a senior member, so have to do a deep dive into searches to find info. The first posts should be something useful to others, then people will help you.

Grain is 100% correct, I will only add that while the shower is small, the water gets nice and hot and the beds are pretty comfy.
