I cannot and will not discuss this case per my agreement with my attorney however I am innocent until proven guilty and thats why Jackson keeps taking down those posts regarding my name and personal info. Just a question guys how would you like to be falsely accused of a crime and not be able to defend yourself. I have lost clients, friends, my real job, and now my home and can do nothing to defend myself til I go to court. I hope those who are cavalierly discussing my life and my case will take this into account, also the aclu is looking into my case so read into that what you may, however I ask that you take into consideration that in the united states I am innocent til proven guilty and not add to an already impossible situation. Thanks to those that continue to support me and to my detractors[one of whom who has repeatly stalked me in both my personal life and cyber space.

If you're into spanking, you need to Goggle OrlandoMunch.com. They're a BDSM club that holds monthly meetings at various restaurants (discreetly) around town. I think they have a munch coming up this Saturday as a matter of fact.

If the object is to be anonymous, Google Voice alone is not enough.

Google logs and archives EVERYTHING. So if Uncle LEO wants to find out who is using the Google Voice #, they just go to Google and voilá, they give LEO the number you are forwarding calls to.

It might make it more annoying, but it isn't much of an obstacle. Paired with a burner it might let you extend the service life, but alone it is not useful against LEO or government agencies...or a civil suit subpeona or court order for that matter (for those of you who might be risking divorce). If you are naivè enough to set up the Google Voice account from your home without using proxies/anonymizing services, you're screwed to, since, as previously stated, GOOGLE LOGS EVERYTHING, which includes your IP address when you use their services. In other words, don't do a Google search on how to commit the perfect murder and be surprized when the prosecution introduces them into evidence.

Burners are tried and true Yo-Tech. Criminal tested, Cartel approved. If cycled properly, the only way to get caught and tied to it is active survailance and a TriggerFish device (which intercepts your phone's just like a cell tower...right out of the air). Other than that, they'd have to catch you in possession of the phone.

All of this can be totally avoided - just try Google Voice. You can select your own numbers, local or long distance. Calls made back to that number are forwarded directly to whatever number you provide. Getting new phones etc seems like a lot of trouble when GV can do it for you.

I have had great luck with TracPhone and ATT Prepaid. Look for a sale at WalMart. Had one Virgin phone, but their net went down the weekend I needed it. Luckily, WalMart took the phone back and refunded my cash.

All good points, I might also add to buy the card to load minutes paying for it with cash. I even thought about wearing sun glasses and a cap when buying it but thought that might be a little too paranoid, LOL.

How often do you get rid of the old phone and buy a new one? I do that about every 6 months.
