I never met a cop that didn't live for the opportunity to play SWAT. And what could be safer than four guys with assault weapons storming a hotel room.

My biggest fear is, one of these days they're going to storm that room and be totally surprised by the 20 year veteran Navy seal with PTSD who's totin' and be takes them all out and then takes all the ones out in the parking lot before he comes to his senses.

I love our military, I was prior militar, but man you act like navy seals are some invincible ultimate weapon. Yes they have a lot of training but the biggest thing that gives them the upper hand in any mission is the element of surprise and crap load of planning beforehand.

Now in the hypothetical situation you laid out, the cops have the element of surprise, the cops have the planning, the cops have fire superiority, and they're professionally trained; albeit not to the level that Seals are trained but they're not ragheads in the desert either. The seal has maybe a handgun and no armor. So just be realistic, no way one seal can face four guys in that situation. Maybe, just maybe he might get one in the face but no way he's walking out of that room.

Don't discuss the two elements that make the action illegal prior in any way shape or form what I'm referring to is the exchange of the Mario coins and the action that is going to be partaking in once meeting. If you avoid discussing that nothing's going to stand up in court anyway they have to have you on that. So if an unfortunate event would occur that you got picked up as long as you haven't discussed those elements beforehand you're probably not going to be found guilty in court. The more information somebody wants to discuss prior to meeting the more comfortable I become and I'm not going to see them. Rule Number 3 trust your gut if it doesn't seem right don't do it.
