You'd need to prove that the hotel / motel was aware of what was going on and were somehow complicit in the illegal activities. Hotel is going to have no idea what a guest checking in plans to do in the room. Even if they see guys coming and going, that is not a crime nor proof that the hotel knew criminal activity was taking place.

This Dentist guy. He was a willing participant of an ongoing criminal drug and human trafficking ring. He hung out with the pimps / dealers, provided dental work for the girls, laundered money through vehicles and apartments he had in his name that were. They were able to prove he knew illegal activities were taking place and that he willingly played a role in the criminal enterprise.

The 2nd case they charged the girls $10 for each customer, hard to deny you didn't know what was going on.

He, amongst other things, had a fleet of cars and a stable of apartments (9 units at Marina Towers alone) that the pimps rented from him to conduct their prostitution / underage trafficking ring b / c the pimps couldn't get them via conventional means.

Your point is valid though. Even what seems like passive participation in anything remotely related to underage girls is very very dangerous. The aforementioned Dentist got 3 years in jail and lost his dental license for life.

Getting her a room, creating ads for her, taking a cut (even if it's in the form of free services). If she gets arrested and they ask how she got started or who paid for the room or the ad. She's going to point at you. Not sure if this is the case but I remember a dude going to jail for letting this escort he fell in love with use his condos for dates.

If something like this were to actually happen, all I'd do is pass out her contact info to senior members. No way I am getting involved with ads, hotels, etc. One of my ATF's brought a friend of hers to an encounter that ended up being a sting and they threw felony charges at her because they said she was her friends pimp so I get where you're coming from when it comes to not getting involved.

No advice for her my advice for you though is stay away. I wouldn't touch it with your D. There's a ton of options for her to research. Hell tell her to browse here in USAG. Read the rules, read forums in the areas she's interested. Like any business do research of your own. If again she's really of age. But my best advice is stay away bro. Your call.

I will second AngelBravo although if she was sexually active at 16 which means, she had 2 yr of sexual experience, she may jump straight to full service. I personally will be very wary of seeing an 18 yr old given the legal risks, no p at ssy is worth the potential legal issues. 300 - 400 $ sounds reasonable depending on looks and the menu. If you know her, you can promote her in PM or the forum with relatively honest review.
