That would be great, but some of the mongers who do that are also banging the ladies, which increases the rest for the rest of us. If guys want to bang a dude knock yourself out but then don't be also banging the girls and spreading the bugs around to us.

That risk is always there, it just got made a bit more visible. This was about a decade ago, so I don't know how relevant the info is today. I did some consulting work on a public health project back then and one of the stats that fell out was that (at that time) 50% of street / backpage (prostitutes of the type we don't talk about here) had the bug.

Guess I am trying to say if you are worried about mongers-in-common or needle sharing between that population and ours, it should not be just because of this incident.

I would argue that increased awareness is important. The risk is always there, but maybe be extra careful for a bit. This person is probably fucking dealers, and other mongers, who then go and fuck girls that a lot of us would pick up, increasing the risk for all of us, even if mongers would normally avoid this type of SW. Not to mention, they are probably sharing needles and shit.

Columbus is not that big of a city. This person can have sex with mongers who then go and bang with the same SW's and providers as everyone else does in this city. Anyways was up late browsing and happened to see some disturbing news on the tactical FB page. Without going into too much detail I will suggest everyone read. The Arnold is in town this week. Watch yourself. The number of fake ads will triple plus newbie online ladies will be easy prey for 12. Would recommend doing something low key this week. The obligatory trafficking story will be on all the local channels this week. Still amazes me how the government has lumped trafficking in with regular adults having a good time with each other. By the time most of us are in the ground, those who become of age will laugh how paying someone to have a good time was against the law. If you think I'm not right, I still laugh when I'm reminded alcohol used to be illegal. Seems insane to me but it used to be. Weed is out of the shadows for the most part.
