Oddly, I think the formal rules do not include the prohibition against accusing anyone of having any kind of STD. The reason such is forbidden is due to the number of AH's who post such accusations maliciously. Now if you want to say someone has something, you have to have a link to some formal post proving it. That's hard to do but in the case below, I think it would have been considered proven given the arrest record.
