I'm using TextNow on my smartphone. The problem is it is usually useless if I'm not on WiFi. I'm not going to get a burner.

Any suggestions for a better app or how to discreetly make TextNow more functional.

I've been using Google Voice for years. Rarely make a phone call with it, but text all the time. Doesn't cost anything. You have to have it pointed to a real phone number, but no one sees that. It also keeps ALL of the text history (including pics, heh) and is a separate app from your normal texting. Also if you have an extensive text, you can use your computer to type it if you want. Just my input.

TextNow and TextFree are basically the same app. The same applies with NextPlus and TextPlus.

If you scour the deals page for NextPlus, you may find a gold mine of a deal where you can sign up for a ton of voice minutes. Most of them are a huge hassle, though. I got lucky and found a simple sign up I used a burner e-mail for and received about $30 in voice credit. That lasted me about a year. I had a ton of issues with sending attachments, and texts getting hung up in the network for days randomly, though. It's burned me a couple of times.

TextFree and TextNow haven't given me any issues other than the number recycling occasionally.

Why not get a burner? It can double as a emergency phone for your vehicle. Burner's are also much more sophisticated than they used to be.

Works like champ and they offer a free version. Not a trial base app.

Completely feel you. It's not even because of the jacked up prices, it's the annoying shid that comes with it. Good lawd, they want more, but do less. I think when you consider the cost of drugs and expensive azz notels, that money can go fairly quickly. Then, there is the fact that many of them are lazy as hell! But that drug habit is expensive as a muthaphucker!

Cost of living is going up, so these providers think they can charge more. The way I see it, the quality hasn't gone up, so the price stays the same. If you need to earn more to survive with your activities, you work more. End of story. In short, if you need more money, suck more dick.

I've often wondered the same thing.

My speculation is that those that are "independent" see enough dreamates to cover the cost of their room and their candy for the day, as we know they are all on candy.

I think that explains the horrible comms. They only answer when they need their rent or candy. If they've got both, they do whatever it is they do between dreams. From what I've gathered, that's pretty much nodding out / cracking out until they need more. Rinse, lather, repeat. Also, skipthrgames isn't these girls only source of clients. Many see the local guys regularly as well, only occasionally picking up a STGs call.

But like you said, with just doing the math, these girls could seriously be making bank. It's the same reason strippers have the same problem. Most of their income goes to candy.
