I would be willing to bet that they just blocked public access to it. VPN / non-USA access regardless, if you had a treasure trove of gold that got outlawed, would you throw it away, or hide it somewhere?

Last me and a friend looked, the USA provider accounts were still there, just apparently empty.

Once I log in using a VPN, I can get into my account there, and all of my own reviews still exist and are accessible. I would assume that the ladies' accounts are still accessible to them. But none are visible to anyone else, or searchable in the database.

Not down, just blocked if it looks like you are in the USA. Get a VPN to anonymize your location and you're home free. The web browser Opera has a free built-in VPN.
