Are the SWs you are refering to doable and safe? What are their rates?

Well, for doable, of course that all depends on your state of mind, but your chances are about 50-50.

The Hargrove Rd ones will all be black, the Alberta ones about half and half, but if you want a white one thats where you'll have to go.

For rates $20 has never failed to get most of what you want, but you should have a place to take them to.
